Our Fees
Our service fees are set fees for each application type.
There are not additional fees charged during the process unless there has been any changes in your circumstances that will affect our workload.
We require that you disclose any information that may affect the application during the consultation or before we start working on your case.
Work Flow
1 Consultation
This is an important process to understand your migration goal. We will assess your visa eligibility and will provide the costs associated for you to achieve your migration goal.
3 Document Preparation
Preparing the documents accordingly to the document checklist we will provide you. Feedback will be given if necessary so that all documents accompanied with your application will assist in strengthening your case.
5 Complete the Lodgement
You will be advised when the application fee is due. Once the application, documents, and application fee are all ready, the lodgement will be completed.
7 Application Outcome and Work Completion
Once the outcome of the application, important information such as visa conditions, and next steps, if applicable, are delivered to you, all work by us is completed.
2 Contract Signed
Once meeting the application requirement, we can start assisting with your application. We require our professional fees to be paid as a deposit at this time.
4 Complete the Application Form
Completing the application form based on the documents and information provided to us.
6 Liaise with the Assessing Authority
We will advise you of the estimated processing time published at that time. You will hear from us as soon as we receive any communication from the assessing body. This may include requests for additional documentation.
